Return and Refund Policy

At Grandeur Rides, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please review our return and refund policy:

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns only for products damaged during shipment or if the received product is different from what was ordered. No other types of returns are accepted.

Approval Process: Any return requests beyond the specified cases will be subject to approval by our panel. If approved, the customer is responsible for all shipping, packing, and handling charges associated with the return.

Refund Processing: Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received at our warehouse and undergoes quality control (QC) inspection. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment or issued as gift cards.

Return Pickup: Upon approval of a return, we will arrange for a return pickup. Pickup details will be communicated to the customer via email.

Exclusions: Products that have been opened or used and do not pass the QC inspection will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns and Shipping

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, here’s what you need to know:

Return Window: You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Process: Returns and shipping for eligible items will be handled through our trusted courier partner

Full Refund Assurance: If the product you receive is not as described or arrives damaged, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Other Returns: For returns that do not fall under the above criteria, we will still assist you in arranging the return through our courier partner,(* Subject to Approval). However, in these cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping, packing, and handling charges associated with the return.
